Patient and Staff Satisfaction Survey

In November 2022, the Special Hospital for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Neurology conducted a satisfaction survey following the methodology of the Institute of Public Health of Serbia Dr Milan Jovanović Batut, which was filled out by inpatient and outpatient users. Based on a sample of 68 patients, outpatient users rated our health services with a general satisfaction score of 4.66, which corresponds to the descriptive grade – very satisfied. The average satisfaction score for services provided in the Inpatient Departments A and B was 4.56. The average job satisfaction score among the employees was 3.20. The Quality Improvement Committee of the Special Hospital for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Neurology regularly analyzes the annual survey results from both patients and employees and proposes specific measures for improving indicators of satisfaction.
