Kinesiotherapy
The habilitation of children with cerebral palsy primarily includes kinesiotherapy, but also other types of physical therapy (electrotherapy, thermotherapy, biofeedback).
In kinesiotherapy, physiotherapists apply appropriate treatment through the facilitation of normal psychomotor development and/or stimulation of reflex locomotion (Bobath, M.D. and Vojta, M.D. methods of treatment).
We also provide hydrotherapy services to patients hospitalized at our Hospital (Hubbard tank).
The habilitation of children with delayed psychomotor development includes educating the parents in stimulative work and appropriate care for the child at home.
